Artist Jan Rothuizen walks in cities all over the world. When he is walking he notes down everything he sees, thinks and feels – resulting in drawings that are not only a view on things the way they are but also reveil the way he experiences the city.
The design puts a firm finger on an itchy problem that small drawings usually have in the middle of a spread: things disappear in the centre.
